tofu paneer
Ingredients
  • Tofu cut into 1/2″ Cubes – 200 grms.
  • Tomatoes- 3 (cut to small pieces)
  • Cucumber – 3 (cut to small pieces) Carrot – 1 (cut to small pieces)
  • Pineapple 50 gms (cut to small pieces)
  • Lime Juice – 3 T.sp.. Pepper. Salt to Taste

Marinate Tofu pieces in time juice, salt and pepper for a few minutes. Mix in the remaining ingredients and toss well (Refrigerate for some time for better taste). Serve plain or with mayonaise sauce or tomatosauce.

tofu paneer
Ingredients
  • Tofu – 200grms
  • Onion 200 grms800 ml Dosa batter (fermented)
  • 2 cm piece fresh ginger root.
  • peeled and sliced
  • 5 hot chillies. seeded.
  • 60 ml minced fresh mint water as needed.
  • salt to taste.
  • roasted and coarsely ground.

Grind ginger root and chillies in a food processor. Add mint, tofu, and water as needed. Blend until smooth creamy paste is formed. Add this mixture to the dosa batter. Mix cumin seed and salt in the batter. Add additional water as needed to make batter similar to thick cream. Heat a skillet and wet It with 10 ml of oil. Put about 80 ml of batter in the skillet, wait for few seconds, and gently spread the batter uniformly over a about 15 cm (6″) diameter circle. Cook for about 2 minutes on one side and then flip and cook about 1 minute on the other side. Flip and cook until light brown on both sides. Serve hot with chutney and sambar

tofu paneer
Ingredients
  • Tofu – 200 gms
  • Thick Curd – 1/4 Cup.
  • Soya Sauce – 1 T.sp.
  • Tomato sauce 1 T.sp.
  • Red Chilly Powder – 1/4 T.sp.
  • Lime Juice – 1 T.sp.
  • Mix all the above. into a thick paste.

Cut tofu to 1″ cubes. Soak in warm saltwater. Drain Tofu from saltwater and Marinate the Tofu In the above paste for 15 minutes. Pierce Tofu in a steel rod and grill in a Tandoor oven or in open flame, fry lightly till the edges turn light brown. Serve with sauce or favourite chutney.

Ingredients
  • TOFU – 100 gms (sliced like sandwich bread)
  • Soya sauce – 2 tsp.
  • Tomato sauce – 2 tsp.
  • Ginger garlic paste -1 t.sp.
  • Lime Juice – 1/2 tsp.
  • Curd – 2 t.sp.
  • Chilli Powder – tel tsp.
  • Salt

To prepare gravy. heat oil and add onions and ginger. Cook till light brown. Add tomatoes. Cook till they turn. pulpy and oil seperates. Add turmeric powder. red chilli powder. dhania powder and garam masala. Cook for a minute.

  • Tofu – 200 gms (cut to small cubes).
  • Capsicum – 2 or 3 (cut to small pieces).
  • Large onion – 4 (Chopped).
  • Green Chillies- 4 to 6 (Chopped).
  • Soya sauce 2 Tsp.
  • Corn flour – 3 T.sp.
  • Cumin – 1 Tsp.
  • Pepper – 1 Tsp.

Fry the above vegetables for 5 to 10 mins, add Cumin pepper and a little salt Add Tofu and light fry t along with the vegetables. Take 200 to 250m1 of water and add 3 spoons of corn flour and two spoons of soya sauce, stir well. Add this to the vegetables and tofu. Keep stirring for a few minutes till the preparation becomes thick and gravy like. Add a bit of tomato sauce to taste. Sprinkle a pinch of ajinamoto and stir. Serve along with fried rice, noodles.

Ingredients
  • 250 Tofu – Cut into 1/2′ pieces.
  • 2 big onions – sliced.
  • 4 tomatoes.
  • 2” piece ginger chopped.
  • 2 t.sp. broken cashew nuts.
  • 1 t.sp. red chill powder.
  • ½ t.sp. coriander powder .
  • 3 t.sp. oil, salt to taste.

Saute tofu pieces till light brown. Heat oil in a pan and by the sliced onion till golden brown. Grind the fried onions . to a paste and keep aside. Boil tomatoes with ginger in 3/4 cup of water. Cook till the tomatoes turn soft and pulpy. Cool it and grind to a puree. Keep aside. Grind the cashews to a paste. Heat oil in a separate pan and by the onion. paste till golden brown. Add the cashew paste and still by until the cashew paste is well blended. Mix red chilli powder.
Dhania powder and garam masala. stir occasionally and add the tomato puree. Cook for 7 minutes till oil separates. Add a cup of hot water and keep boiling on low flame for 10 minutes. Add salt and tofu piece. simmer for a few minutes and serve hot.

Ingredients
  • 250 gals Tofu • Cut into cubes.
  • 4 t.sp. oil,3 Onions,1” ginger3 – 4 flakes garlic,
  • 3 t.sp. ready made Tomato puree,½ t.sp. red chilli powder,a pinch of garam masala,Salt to taste,
  • 4 tsp. (50 gm) fresh cream,11/2 t.sp. butter salted,½ t.sp. sugar.

Saute tofu pieces till light brown and keep aside. Grind onions, ginger and garlic to a paste in a grinder. Fry the onion paste in oil, on low flame till golden. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder. garam masala and cook for !4 minute. Now add the tomato puree and cook for a minute. When it thickens add 2 cups of water and bring to boil.
Add sugar and simmer on low flame for 10 minutes. Add cream. butter and salt Mix well and then add the tofu pieces. Simmer for a few minutes till tofu turns soft. Remove from fire. Serve. Variation: Y. cup milk may be added instead of cream. Boil the grays on high flame after adding with for 5 minutes till thick.

Ingredients
  • Tofu -100 gms (cut to small cubes),Capsicum – 2 (cut to small pieces),Onion -2 (cut to small pieces).
  • Soya sauce 2 T.sp,Green Chillies (small) – 2.
  • Oil – 3 T.sp,Cheese – 30 gms (grated).
  • Pizza base.

Fry the Capsicum ‘onion in oil, lightly. Add salt and green chillies. Add tofu and stir lightly. Add soya sauce and stir. Take the pan off the stove.
Take Pizza base and spread some tomato sauce on it. Spread all the vegetables and tofu on top. Then spread the grated cheese on top of vegetables and tofu. Put the Pizza base in. an oven and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes,till the cheese melts fully. Serve hot.

  • Tofu – 50 gms 2 slices (cut like sandwich),Bread / Plain Bun,Soya Sauce -1 T.sp.
  • Tomato Sauce -1 T.sp,Ginger Garlic paste (Optional),Chilli Powder Salt to Taste.

Mix soya sauce. tomato sauce. ginger garlic paste. chilli powder and salt. Marinate tofu for 10 minutes in the paste. ‘Place the tofu in fry pan and simmer lightly for 3 minutes on both side.

Ingredients
  • Spinach – 200 gms.
  • Tofu : 200 gms.
  • Curds (not sour).
  • 1 (1/2 cup).
  • Ghee. or Vanaspati 3 T.sp.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Onion big size.
  • 1 ground separately.
  • Garam Masala.

Chop spinach finely. Put in a pan and place it over medium heat. Add salt, cover and cook till spinach is cooked. Cut Tofu into half inch cubes and light fly them in vanaspati till light brown. Heat ghee in a pan and by onion. cook till light brown. Add garam masala. Ay for five to seven minutes Sprinkle some water if masala stickes at the bottom.
Beat curds and add it to the masala when ghee comes on the top. Cook until water from curds evaporates and ghee comes on top again. Add spinach and Tofu cubes. Stir well for 5 minutes.Serve hot with juice of half a lemon sprinkled. if desired.

tofu paneer
Ingredients
  • 200 gms finely mashed.
  • Tofu 1 chopped onion.
  • 1 teacup chopped cabbage.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander.
  • 5 chopped green chillies salt to taste.
  • 3 tea cups whole meal flour.
  • 11/2 teaspoon salt.

Make the stuffing by mixing the Tofu onion, cabbage. coriander, green chillies and salt. Kneed the dough, make small portion, and stuff with tofu mixture. Roll and flattern the stuffed dough. Cook in cave till brown. Save hot.
